RuffChain Test Network Open Beta Officially Started on January 31
With the development of RuffChain public Chain, Ruffchain has officially started the first phase of test network internal test. The content of this release mainly includes RuffChain Testnet Preview version test network and Shepherd CLI tools for developers.
-P2P networking: a decentralized P2P network consisting of two Peer nodes and six Miner nodes
-Consensus Mechanism: DPoS-BFT Consensus Mechanism
The open function of Shepherd CLI tool is to operate the test chain on the command line, that is, to communicate with the test network node through the command line. It is a bridge between the developer and the process of the node. Its functions include:
Query chain status information: block, transaction, node information, etc.
-Create an address
-Transfer accounts
-Create Token
-Token Transfer
In the process of using, developers do not need users to create their own contracts. The RuffChain Testnet Preview system has built-in method of creating Token which means the creation of Token can be completed without publishing a contract and only launching a transaction. Compared with other public chains such as ETH, it is more convenient.
-Test users need to install Node8.11.2, and Windows users need to pre-install Gitbash
-Intelligent contract, voting and other functions are not supported in this release.
-After submitting the test application, the staff will provide a free test account.
After the internal test of the test network is completed, the next stage will officially release the main test network to ensure the security, stability and user experience of the main network.
In this test network, the number of test places is limited. We will select seed users in the form of forecast names. We will become the first stage seed users developer. We will experience Ruff Development Board 2.0 in the second quarter of this year. We will try to develop new development experience for IoT, AI, Blockchain and other fields. At the same time, we will receive a set of first batch of new Ruff 2.0 Development Board.
